1 bottle (750ml) Champagne [demi-sec or sec, not brut] or Asti Spumante - chilled
2 cups cranberry juice - chilled
1/2 cup Cointreau - chilled
Fresh cranberries and orange peel curls, for garnish
Gently stir cranberry juice and Cointreau into sparkling wine. Pour into Champagne glasses (flutes) and garnish with fresh cranberries and orange peel curls.
